Parenting Classes
Parenting
skill classes are offered on Monday evening. The classes use
the Parenting Wisely curriculum along with a Cognitive-Behavioral
approach to parenting and enjoying your children. This class is
conducted by a husband and wife team: Joni Yacoe, MFT and Bill Krimm.
It qualifies as a PC 273.1 (child abuse/child neglect) program.

Managing
Anger (and other emotions)
This classs is lead by Joni Yacoe, MFT and Bill Krimm. The class
explores difficult emotions (notably anger) where they come from and
how we avoid having them reduce the quality of our lives.

Drug Testing

Confidential
drug use testing is available for a small fee. This service is provided
for employers, family members, and individuals who want independent
evidence about whether someone has used drugs. |

Domestic Violence (HOME)

Men who
experience difficulty with anger and the expression of anger are
invited to attend education/discussion groups. These groups are
certified by Napa County Probation Department as meeting the
requirements for Domestic Violence Court. Men, please contact Jennifer
Merrell (ext 105) to sign up for HOME (707 226-1248).

Misdemeanor
Alternatives Program (MAP)

If you have been accused of a misdemeanor in Napa County you may be
able to avoid charges, avoid court, or avoid jail time by enrolling in
the Misdemeanor Alternatives Program. Contact Araceli for an
appointment.
